About Us
Peeling paint, water stains, and sun-faded siding make a home look tired and can let moisture creep in. We are West Auckland House Painters in West Auckland, and we fix that as your interior house painter, exterior house painter, and roof painter with real prep and solid coatings, so you avoid peeling, blistering, mildew, and early failure.
Our crew knows how to read a surface and pick the right method, and we follow paint maker specs on cleaning, primers, and film thickness so the finish lasts. We work clean, cover what needs covering, keep you in the loop daily, and we carry proof of insurance and product data sheets on every job, which is where West Auckland House Painters sets itself apart.
You get clear pricing, a written scope, real start and finish dates, and colour help with sample swatches so you see it before we roll it. We use low volatile organic compound coatings when possible, we test for moisture before we paint, and we stand behind our work with a written workmanship guarantee, so you are not stuck fixing the same problem twice.
Interiors include drywall repair, stain blocking, caulking, sanding, and smooth spray or brush and roll finishes that cover evenly and stop yellowing from kitchen stains and wood tannins. Exteriors and roofs start with washing and scraping, then spot priming bare areas and sealing gaps, because skipping prep or painting in cold or damp air causes peeling, blistering, and early failure, and we plan work for the right weather window and paint metal and tile roofs while avoiding asphalt shingle coating unless the shingle maker allows it.
